Cheswick Manor understands that quality sleep starts with a quality mattress. We take great pride in manufacturing our mattresses locally and with the craftmanship that only 80 years of experience can provide. We stand by our products and believe that you will love sleeping on them as much as we love creating them.  This is why we offer a Comfort Guarantee for all of our mattresses. If you are not satisfied with your mattress for any reason, we invite you to take advantage of our comfort exchange option.

The Cheswick Manor comfort exchange option gives you full credit for what you paid for your mattress and allows you to apply that amount toward the current price of any replacement Cheswick Manor mattress.

Please note that customers are limited to one exchange. Customers are responsible for the remaining balance in price once the credit has been applied as well as a standard delivery fee of $99, plus an additional $14.99 per piece removal fee of the mattress being exchanged.  The original mattress must be free of stains, burns or tears or the exchange will be voided. Law tags must also be attached to the original mattress.  In the event that the replacement mattress is of lower value than the original, a refund will not be issued.
